Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday, describing the interaction as “inspiring and energising” while formally inviting the Prime Minister to visit the state.

Speaking to reporters after the meeting, CM Yadav highlighted key developments in Madhya Pradesh, including the launch of a Vande Metro coach factory, the upcoming Bhopal Metro services, and an upcoming farmers’ conference, for which he sought the Prime Minister’s presence.

He also underlined the state’s ongoing industrialisation drive, noting that MoUs worth nearly ₹30 lakh crore have been signed over the past year, expected to create employment opportunities for 21 lakh people.

“I am satisfied that a major industrialisation campaign is underway in Madhya Pradesh. This momentum needs to be carried forward,” Yadav said.

On social media platform X, the Chief Minister reiterated his gratitude, writing: “Every meeting with the Prime Minister infuses new energy and inspiration. On this occasion, I also invited him to visit Madhya Pradesh.”

Recently, Yadav also flagged off 1,200 First Response Vehicles (FRVs) for the integrated emergency service Dial 112, aimed at boosting police responsiveness. The state has allocated over ₹1,500 crore for the initiative, which the CM said reflects the government’s strong commitment to public safety.
