With just a day left for the premiere of Bigg Boss 19, the makers have unveiled the much-anticipated house, designed to embody this season’s theme—Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar.
Conceptualised by Art Director Omung Kumar and production designer Vanita Garud, the new house blends design and symbolism, creating an environment where every corner plays a role in shaping drama, alliances, and rivalries.
This year’s design draws inspiration from the wild, evoking the rustic feel of a cabin in the woods. The entry into the living room is marked by a striking W-shaped wooden pillar, while wall art featuring a deer and a lion symbolises the inevitable clashes among contestants. The same living room will continue to serve as the stage for Salman Khan’s ‘Weekend Ka War’ sessions.
Outside, wigwam-style seating fosters a sense of community, while ever-watchful carved eyes remind contestants that nothing goes unnoticed.
At the heart of the house lies the Assembly Room—the symbolic “seat of power.” True to the theme, it will act as the hub for debates, decision-making, and leadership challenges. Accessible only at select times, it is expected to become the season’s primary battleground for authority.
The garden area features a roaring lion atop the roof, representing strength, while the voting room is marked by the piercing eyes of an eagle, symbolising Bigg Boss as the ultimate guardian. Here, contestants’ strategies and true intentions will come to light. The secret room, decorated with eye motifs, continues its role as the space where hidden truths and surveillance unfold.
Sharing his vision, Omung Kumar said, “For Season 19, it was a cabin in the woods—warm and inviting on the surface, but full of surprises in every corner. The Assembly Room is my highlight this season, conceived as a symbolic seat of power that will push housemates to speak up, challenge, and defend. This house is designed to be both a retreat and a battlefield, mirroring the unpredictable spirit of Bigg Boss.”
Bigg Boss 19 premieres on August 24, 2025, promising fans fresh twists, fierce battles, and the chaos that defines the reality show.
