A multi-storey building collapsed in Delhi’s Seelampur area on Saturday morning, with several people feared trapped under the debris, according to officials.
Following an emergency alert, the Delhi Fire Department promptly launched a rescue operation. So far, 3–4 people have been rescued and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities said that more individuals are likely still trapped, and seven fire tenders have been deployed to the site to assist in the rescue efforts.
